Have a broken heating system, house fairly new, been trying for a month to get someone from cinch home service and claim forms don't work and email, no response back. Freedom Mortgage through my VA loan offered the home services with their letter head. Been paying 57.99 a month for 3 years. Getting cold now. I am disabled veteran and feel like cinch home services and Freedom Mortgage scammed me. The 57.99 is taken out of my mortgage payments each month. Not sure what resources to take.
